What is ALLU Rewards?

ALLU Rewards is a form of appreciation for your trust and loyalty in selling luxury goods at ALLU. Every transaction you make now earns points that can be exchanged for extra cash bonuses and various other attractive bonuses!

How to join ALLU Rewards?

Simply purchase luxury goods on ALLU and accumulate a total transaction value of 20,000 THB to automatically qualify for ALLU Rewards Gold membership. Start transacting and receive a 200 welcome bonus as a new member!

How do I check my ALLU Rewards membership tier?

You can view your membership level information by logging into your ALLU Rewards account at https://rewards.allu-th.com/ using the email address registered with ALLU.

How do I upgrade to Platinum membership?

As a Gold member, please continue to increase your sales of luxury goods on ALLU until your cumulative total reaches 450,000 THB to upgrade to Platinum membership. Platinum members may be downgraded back to Gold membership if their cumulative total does not reach 225,000 THB within 6 months.

Will my membership level decrease after redeeming points?

No, using your reward points, regardless of the amount, will not affect your membership level. So please feel free to use your existing points.

What is the difference between gold and platinum?

Platinum members receive exclusive service privileges, such as faster customer service, twice the points earned by Gold members, and a referral program.

How do I contact Platinum customer service?

Click on “Platinum Customer Service” in your ALLU Rewards account.

How can I accumulate ALLU Rewards points?

Every time you purchase luxury goods priced at 200 THB or more, you will earn reward points based on your membership level. The higher your membership level, the more points you will receive. Please note that points will be credited to your ALLU Rewards account within 2 business days after the transaction is completed.
Exclusively for Platinum members, you can also earn points by inviting relatives to purchase luxury goods at ALLU using your unique referral code! Points will be credited to your ALLU Rewards account at the beginning of each month, calculated based on the total transactions of the previous month.

Where and when can I redeem my ALLU Rewards points?

Do the reward points I received have an expiration date?

Yes, ALLU Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, or if your membership is no longer active, your points will expire.

Are there any specific requirements for using the cash bonus voucher?

The cash bonus voucher can be used without a minimum transaction requirement with the following conditions:
- The maximum cash bonus is 50% of the total transaction amount, with a maximum limit of 20,000 baht.

Do claimed cash bonus vouchers have an expiration date?

Yes. Cash bonus vouchers are valid for 1 month after being claimed and will automatically expire if not used within that period.

Can you explain the 'welcome cash bonus' benefit?

Can you explain the 'Birthday Rewards 2x Points' benefit?

As a Platinum Member privilege, earn a commission by inviting friends and relatives to conduct luxury goods sales transactions at ALLU using your unique referral code!

How the 'Referral Program' commission works:
